Women-only travel—whether in groups or solo—has continued to gain momentum over the past few years, with hotels and luxury tour operators vying for this market segment with everything from wellness retreats to high adventure.
Stradom House Hotel & Spa, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, has introduced Her Solo Reset, a 3-night, 4-day package built for women traveling alone. It runs for stays from Oct. 1 to Nov. 30, 2026, with no fixed dates or group itinerary.
The 125-guestroom hotel occupies a restored 14th-century monastery in Krakow, between Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz district. Guests staying on the package check into a dedicated SOL Room near the spa, so treatments are a short walk from the door.
The four days follow a set sequence: a body scrub and yoga session on day one, a cold plunge and two-hour wellness treatment on day two, and a sound session paired with a signature treatment on day three. Day four allows a late checkout until 2 p.m. Meals are included throughout—three breakfasts, three lunches and three dinners built around seasonal ingredients and lean protein.
Your clients also get unlimited access to the SOL Spa’s 66-foot indoor pool, steam room, bio sauna and infrared salt sauna, plus a Wawel Castle ticket and open time to explore the city on their own. Private round-trip airport transfers are included.

The not-for-profit travel org for mature adults Road Scholar has announced its first women-only program in Antarctica. Spirit of Antarctica: Expedition for Women is a 15-day trip led entirely by a female Expedition Team, run in partnership with Aurora Expeditions.
The all-female team will drive Zodiacs, lead landings and hikes and run the expedition’s daily activities, rather than only handling lectures. Guest speakers on the trip are women who have pioneered their fields.
The itinerary opens with two nights in Buenos Aires and one night in Ushuaia before the group boards the Sylvia Earle, named for the scientist. After crossing the Drake Passage, participants explore the Antarctic Peninsula by Zodiac, with chances to see penguins, seals and whales among glaciers and icebergs.
Education runs through the trip via an onboard library, an interactive laboratory and instruction from the Expedition Team. Group size is capped at 24, with private gatherings built in for discussion, and an experienced Group Leader travels with the group throughout.
Spirit of Antarctica: Expedition for Women departs Feb. 29, 2028, and is open for registration now. Both roommate matching and single rooms are available.

Goddess Retreats, a women-only wellness retreat operator that welcomed its first guests in 2003, has added Reset Goddess to its lineup at its Seminyak sanctuary in Bali. The 7-day, 6-night program drops the fixed itinerary in favor of open days built around daily spa care, meals and movement.
Your clients choose how each day unfolds—sunrise yoga, pool time, a coastal walk or nothing at all —while logistics stay handled. The program includes:
The format targets decision fatigue directly: with meals, movement, transfers and spa care built in, guests do not have to plan anything once they book.
Of note: Within the Goddess Retreats collection—which also includes Wellness, Healing, Longevity, Creative, Surf, Pilates, Fitness and Padel programs—Reset Goddess is positioned as the entry-level option.

AdventureWomen, an independent, women-owned travel company, marks its 45th anniversary in 2027 with two leaders joining guests on separate departures.
Co-Owner Judi Wineland will travel on the company’s new 18-day Exclusive Southeast Asia: A Grand Journey Through Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand by Private Plane, running Nov. 1 to 18, 2027. The private-charter itinerary moves across five countries, from Singapore to Sumatra and Bali, then on to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, with the private-plane format cutting transit time between stops.
Wineland launched Overseas Adventure Travel in 1978 and later founded Thomson Safaris and other travel companies before acquiring AdventureWomen with her daughters, Nicole Wineland and Erica Landerson, in 2016.
President Paige Davis will join the 9-day Camino: Hiking the Portuguese Way in Spain on Sept. 6, 2027, walking from Porto, Portugal, to Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The itinerary pairs trail days with cultural stops along the route and ends in Santiago de Compostela.
The two trips sit at opposite ends of the company’s range: one a multi-country journey by private plane, the other an active, walking-based departure. Together, they place two generations of AdventureWomen leadership—Wineland from the company’s founding era and Davis from its current leadership—alongside the travelers the company has built its business around.
