Management Structure Clarified After Pegasus General Assembly
Pegasus Airlines shared its decisions regarding the new management period with the public following the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on March 31, 2026. While the election of the Board of Directors members was completed at the General Assembly, the distribution of duties and committee memberships were determined in the subsequent meeting.
In the company’s statement, it was reported that the management structure for the new period has been shaped and the responsibilities of the committees have been clarified.
SPK Approval Requirement for Audit Committee Membership
One of the notable points in the statement concerned the Audit Committee. Accordingly, the membership of Neyran Arslantürk in the Audit Committee will be subject to the positive opinion of the Capital Markets Board, as also stated in the material disclosure dated March 24, 2026.
The company announced that the regulatory approval process for certain roles is still ongoing.
