Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (ISG) participated in the Connect 2026 Route Development Forum held in the city of Lublin, Poland, where it assessed new destination opportunities with airline companies and industry representatives.
As part of Connect 2026, ISG conducted a series of bilateral meetings with international airlines and aviation industry stakeholders. Discussions focused on strengthening the existing flight network and opening potential new routes.
The forum, regarded as one of the key gatherings of the aviation industry, was held in Lublin, Poland. The event brought together airline companies from various markets, particularly across Europe.

Route development forums play a critical role in enabling airports to expand their international networks and access new markets. Through its meetings on this platform, ISG aims to further strengthen the global connectivity network of Istanbul’s second-largest airport.
In line with the contacts made during the forum, performance analyses of existing routes and feasibility assessments of new destinations will be carried out. ISG management will continue its efforts for new flight planning in accordance with passenger demand and market dynamics.
