Emirates completed 2025 at the top with 5 new global awards won at the 32nd World Travel Awards held in Bahrain. Adding these to the more than 20 awards it received this year, Emirates strengthened its position as one of the world’s leading airline brands. Its multi-award-winning ice inflight entertainment system, First Class flight experience and First Class Lounge services, as well as the Emirates Skywards loyalty programme, were again ranked among the best internationally.

Emirates Received Numerous Global Awards Throughout 2025
In November, Emirates was named ‘World’s Best Airline’ for the 8th consecutive time at the prestigious ULTRAs awards. In the awards determined by Ultratravel’s voting network of 1.2 million global travellers, Emirates also won the ‘Best Premium Economy Class’ award, while Emirates President Sir Tim Clark received the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award for Contribution to Global Aviation’. Aviation Business Middle East also deemed Emirates worthy of the ‘Best First Class Experience of the Year’ and the prestigious ‘Airline of the Year’ awards.

Emirates also claimed the titles of ‘Best International Airline’, ‘Best International First Class’ and ‘Best International Airline Lounge’ at the Forbes Travel Guide Verified Air Travel Awards 2025. At The Times and The Sunday Times Travel Awards 2025, the airline was named ‘Best Long-Haul Airline’. Sir Tim Clark was recently honoured with the ‘Distinguished Achievement Award’ by the Wings Club Foundation.
In September, at the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO held in Long Beach, California, Emirates won the 2026 APEX Best™ Global Entertainment Awards with its ice inflight entertainment system, as well as the 2026 APEX WORLD CLASS™ award for its exceptional customer experience performance.
Continuing its success in the first half of 2025 as well, Emirates received the ‘Best Long-Haul Airline’ award at The Telegraph Travel Awards, was named ‘Most Recommended Global Brand of 2025’ by YouGov, and at the Business Traveller Middle East Awards won ‘World’s Best Airline’ for the 12th consecutive time, as well as ‘Best First Class’, ‘Best Premium Economy Class’ and ‘Best Airport Lounge in the Middle East’, among many other categories.
