This is a significant step towards the long-awaited direct flights for Tokat residents.
The Long-Awaited Direct Flight Routes to Tokat Are Opening
The flights to Tokat will strengthen the region’s air transport system and significantly facilitate tourism, trade, and family visits between the Aegean Region and Central Black Sea. Pegasus’ new route will directly connect Tokat to Izmir, speeding up regional transportation.

Additionally, Aegean tourism will attract more visitors from Tokat and its surroundings, while it will become easier to export Tokat’s agricultural and gastronomic products to new markets. Famous dishes from Tokat, such as Tokat kebab, grape leaves, and çemen, will reach a wider audience.
