Corendon Airlines is offering passengers a faster, contactless, and more convenient travel experience with the new-generation self check-in kiosks introduced at airports. Check-in, seat selection, payment, and baggage drop can now all be completed easily at a single point.
Corendon Airlines Digitalizes the Passenger Experience with Self Check-in Kiosks
As part of its digitalization strategy, Corendon Airlines is making the check-in process faster and easier for passengers through self check-in kiosks introduced at airports. Thanks to the new-generation system, passengers can complete many procedures at a single point without needing to visit a check-in counter.
Through digital solutions, the company aims to increase operational efficiency while reducing waiting times at airports and enhancing passenger satisfaction.
Check-in, Seat Selection, and Payment at a Single Point
Using the self check-in kiosks, passengers can access their flight information by scanning their passports or entering their PNR numbers.
Passengers can purchase paid seat selections through the system, while those wishing to travel free of charge can easily complete their seat assignments by selecting the “Auto Assign” option.
Secure Payment in Four Currencies
Thanks to the integrated POS infrastructure available at the kiosks, payments for additional services can be made in Turkish Lira (TRY), Euro (EUR), U.S. Dollar (USD), and British Pound Sterling (GBP).
This allows passengers to complete payments for additional baggage, seat selection, and other services quickly and securely.
Self Bag Drop Speeds Up Baggage Delivery
Thanks to Corendon Airlines’ Self Bag Drop service, the baggage drop process has also been digitalized.
The system automatically verifies baggage information, activates the baggage tag, and completes the baggage drop process within a short time. As a result, passenger waiting times are reduced while airport operational efficiency is increased.
Atılay Batu: “We Continue Our Digitalization Investments”

Batu stated that the company continues to invest in digitalization to make check-in and baggage drop processes at airports faster and more comfortable, adding that the self check-in kiosks have strengthened operational processes while increasing guest satisfaction.
