Leadership Transition at Turkish Airlines Flight Academy: Fatih Ünalan Becomes General Manager

Fatih Ünalan has been appointed as General Manager of Turkish Airlines Flight Academy (TAFA), replacing İbrahim Zeki Akyurt. Following his appointment, Ünalan delivered important remarks.

“I Will Work to Take TAFA Further”

Sharing his thoughts on the new role, Fatih Ünalan stated:

“I am very pleased to assume the position of General Manager at Turkish Airlines Flight Academy. I would like to thank all our executives, especially Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines Inc., and Mehmet Kadaifçiler, Chairman of the TAFA Board of Directors and Deputy General Manager (Flight Operations) of Turkish Airlines Inc., for entrusting me with this important responsibility.

I will do my utmost to be worthy of this trust and to take TAFA even further. I would also like to thank Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Zeki Akyurt, from whom I am taking over this role, for his valuable contributions.”

Ünalan also highlighted TAFA’s vision in his statement:
