AMAC Aerospace Türkiye has updated its salary policy in order to protect the economic stability of its employees. As of February 2026, the company has taken a significant financial security step by fixing the EUR/TL exchange rate at 63 TL.
12.5% Exchange Rate Increase
According to the decision taken by the management of AMAC Aerospace Türkiye, the internal company EUR exchange rate, previously applied at 56 TL, has been increased to 63 TL as of February 2026. This regulation represents a 12.5% increase compared to the previous rate.
Under the new implementation:
If the Central Bank EUR/TL exchange rate remains below 63 TL → Salary calculations will be made based on the fixed rate of 63 TL.
If the rate rises above 63 TL → Payments will be made based on the current Central Bank exchange rate.
With this model, it is aimed to prevent employees from being negatively affected by exchange rate decreases.

In a statement made by the senior management of AMAC Aerospace Türkiye, it was noted that the decision was taken to strengthen the financial security of employees.
The company stated that it has taken a proactive step to protect the purchasing power of salaries in the current environment of economic uncertainty.
