Technical teams based in Switzerland and Türkiye have successfully carried out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on Bombardier Global Express XRS and Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft.
AMAC Aerospace has shared details of its latest projects conducted at its maintenance facilities in Basel (Switzerland) and Istanbul (Türkiye). Teams at both locations performed extensive maintenance, repair, and technical improvements on various private jet models, safely returning the aircraft to service.
The AMAC Aerospace team in Basel completed the required scheduled maintenance on a Bombardier Global Express XRS aircraft. Technical issues detected on the aircraft’s windshield and satellite communication system were resolved, and several malfunctions in the cabin systems were repaired.
The company reported that the long-term operator client was satisfied with the support provided and that the aircraft was returned to service on time and within budget.

Istanbul Operations: Two Dassault Falcon 2000 Deliveries
In early September, AMAC Aerospace Turkey completed unscheduled maintenance work on two separate Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft at its modern hangar in Istanbul.
The first aircraft, owned by a long-standing AMAC customer, was prepared for storage. The team removed specific components from the aircraft, carried out the necessary maintenance and drainage procedures, and took hydraulic system samples to verify system condition.
For the second Falcon 2000 aircraft, crew oxygen masks were renewed, and the auxiliary power unit (APU) starter brushes were inspected. As the brushes were approaching their limit value, the AMAC Aerospace Turkey team replaced the starter generator with a serviceable unit on an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) basis.
These interventions enhanced operational reliability and enabled customers to maintain uninterrupted flight operations.
