Türkiye’s youngest airline brand, AJet, incorporated 4 new Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft into its fleet within the past 10 days. The company’s investments in next-generation aircraft continue to attract attention.
Continuing its growth momentum in Turkish civil aviation, AJet is strengthening its fleet with next-generation aircraft. The company completed a remarkable delivery process by adding 4 factory-new Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft to its fleet within the last 10 days.
The aircraft registered as TC-OHZ, TC-OHO, TC-VFA, and TC-VFC were delivered from Seattle, USA, and brought to Türkiye following the completion of the necessary operational procedures. Some of the new aircraft have already started operating on scheduled flights.
Rapid Growth in the AJet Fleet
With the addition of the new Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft, the number of factory-new MAX aircraft delivered to AJet since August 2025 has risen to 28. Accelerating its young fleet transformation, the company continues to strengthen its growth strategy in the aviation sector through rapid deliveries completed within a short period.
Operational Strength Increases with Next-Generation Aircraft
The aircraft, whose seat installations and cabin fittings have been completed, stand out with advantages such as fuel efficiency, lower emissions, and operational productivity. Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft are expected to contribute both to AJet’s cost optimization and its environmentally friendly aviation goals.
Company sources also state that the next-generation aircraft attract attention with their modern cabin design, which enhances passenger comfort.
Deliveries Will Continue Throughout 2026
AJet will continue adding next-generation Boeing and Airbus aircraft to its fleet throughout 2026. As part of the company’s long-term fleet transformation plan, 76 percent of the fleet is targeted to consist of next-generation aircraft by the end of the year.
