Türkiye’s youngest airline, AJet, has taken an important step toward its fleet expansion and modernization goals. The company has signed an agreement with BOC Aviation, one of the world’s leading operating aircraft leasing companies, for the lease of five factory-new Airbus A321neo aircraft.
Under the agreement, the next-generation Airbus A321neo aircraft, equipped with Pratt & Whitney GTF engines, will join the AJet fleet during 2028. The aircraft, which stand out for their fuel efficiency, low emissions, and high operational performance, are expected to support the company’s expanding flight network.
Five New Airbus A321neo Aircraft to Join the Fleet in 2028
In line with the agreement signed with BOC Aviation, five Airbus A321neo aircraft will be delivered to the AJet fleet as factory-new aircraft.
The new aircraft will contribute to reducing operating costs through fuel-saving technologies and their environmentally friendly design, while also supporting AJet’s sustainable growth strategy.
The Airbus A321neo offers airlines significant operational advantages on short- and medium-haul international routes thanks to its longer range capability and high passenger carrying efficiency.
