The Only Turkish Brand Among 600 Airlines: AJet
Türkiye’s youngest airline, AJet, has been awarded the “Four-Star Low-Cost Carrier” rating by APEX for the second time.
AJet, Türkiye’s accessible airline, has won international recognition with its passenger-focused service approach. Following independent evaluations by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), AJet has once again been granted the “Four-Star Low-Cost Carrier” award.
Standing out among nearly 600 airlines, AJet became the only Turkish brand in its category to receive the award.

Among the world’s top 10 low-cost airlines
As part of the APEX 2026 passenger evaluations, AJet was ranked among the world’s top 10 low-cost carriers. The award was presented by APEX/IFSA CEO Dr Joe Leader to AJet Deputy General Manager Cemal Kaya at the APEX/IFSA Global Expo held in Los Angeles, USA.
Last year, only seven months after its establishment, AJet had also won the same award from APEX.

Kerem Sarp: “Our service quality has been recognised internationally”
AJet General Manager Kerem Sarp commented on the award as follows:
“We are proud to have been honoured by APEX for the second time. This award once again certifies on an international level the flight experience, comfort, and service quality we offer our guests. Our current SAFA score is 0.30, and we are determined to lower it even further. We continue to enhance our service quality without compromising on flight safety.”
