With this new service, AJet aims to prevent passengers from being negatively affected by possible errors in travel details or sudden changes in plans.
Passengers can cancel their tickets within 24 hours through the AJet website or mobile app without paying any extra fees and get a full refund of the amount they paid.
Available Only on AJet.com and the Mobile App
To benefit from the free ticket cancellation right, passengers must purchase their tickets exclusively through AJet.com or the AJet mobile app. This offer is not valid through other sales channels.
