AJet embarks on its journey with ambitious goals in service exports. After choosing Sabiha Gökçen as its first hub, AJet has selected Ankara as its second flight center, forming strategic partnerships to become Turkey’s third largest tourism hub.
Operational Improvements
Thanks to AJet’s operational measures, disruptions in services and response times have significantly decreased. For instance, during the week of June 10-16, the average waiting time for the Call Center dropped to 1 minute and 19 seconds, showing a 46-second improvement from the previous week. Additionally, there was a 2% increase in the call answering rate.
Tourism and Health Tourism Initiatives
AJet attracted attention with its collaboration with actress Melis Sezen. Its business model, based on UNESCO cultural tourism in Central Anatolia, aims to bring tourists from Europe starting from Ankara Gordion and extending to Eskişehir, Kütahya, Afyon, Konya, and the Nevşehir – Cappadocia circle. In the field of health tourism, AJet is making significant strides by organizing fairs and promotional events with partners for hair transplants, aesthetic services, and expensive surgeries and cancer treatments that are costly in Europe.
Future Goals
AJet aims to achieve great success in service exports and to secure a significant position at the 2024 awards ceremony. To this end, important projects are being implemented in both tourism and health tourism sectors through operational improvements and strategic partnerships.
