In his statement, Bolat referred to his tenure at Turkish Airlines, noting that his career, which started as Head of Investment Management, extended to Deputy General Manager and subsequently to Chairman of the Board.

Referring to the work carried out during his tenure, Bolat noted that significant steps were taken, particularly in implementing strategic growth plans, strengthening the fleet, and developing international partnerships.
He emphasised that the achievements in many areas—from alliance processes to government relations, from commercial agreements to the expansion of the flight network—were the result of teamwork.
