Cabin Crew Recruitment in Four Different Categories
Turkish Airlines is hiring cabin crew under the following four categories:
Candidates with Service Industry Experience:

Minimum associate degree graduates

At least 2 years of experience in the service industry

Proficiency in English

Strong communication skills (open to both male and female candidates)
Candidates with a Second Foreign Language:

Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, or Arabic

Minimum associate degree graduates (open to both male and female candidates)
Experienced Cabin Crew:

At least 2 years of experience as a cabin crew member in the airline industry

Holder of a valid “Initial Cabin Crew Training Certificate”

Last flight must have taken place within the past 5 years
Inexperienced Female Candidates:

University graduates or associate degree holders in Civil Aviation Cabin Services or Civil Aviation Transportation Management programmes
Turkish Airlines will provide comprehensive training to all candidates who successfully complete the application process. After completing the training, new cabin crew members will begin their duties onboard Turkish Airlines flights.
