As one of Türkiye’s leading leisure airlines, SunExpress has launched its cabin crew recruitment process for the 2026 summer season. The company aims to add new team members under a fixed-term contract until 31 October 2026, selecting candidates from both experienced and inexperienced applicants.

General Requirements for Candidates
The main criteria sought by SunExpress for cabin crew applicants are as follows:
- Must be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye and hold a valid passport
- Must be under 39 years of age (maximum 39 years + 364 days)
- Must have at least a high school diploma in Türkiye, or an equivalency certificate for those educated abroad
- Must have a good command of Turkish and English
- Minimum height: 1.55 m for women, 1.60 m for men, with a proportional weight
- Must have a well-groomed appearance and be a competent swimmer
Recruitment Process
The process consists of two stages:
Stage 1 – Online English Proficiency Test
Candidates who meet the criteria will be invited via SMS or email to take an online English test.
Successful candidates will proceed to the next stage.
Stage 2 – Panel Interview (In Person)
Candidates who pass the test will attend a panel interview to be held in Antalya or İzmir.
Work locations are not limited to the interview venue and will be determined according to operational needs.
