122,000 passengers took part in Turkish Airlines’ (THY) September 2025 guest satisfaction survey. The company’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased by 10 points compared to the previous year, while the overall satisfaction rate reached 87%.
Turkish Airlines (THY) has announced the results of its regularly conducted monthly guest satisfaction survey for September. A total of 122,000 passengers participated in the survey, and the results revealed that the company has made significant progress in customer satisfaction.
According to the data shared by THY, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased by 10 points compared to 2024. This rise in passenger satisfaction reflects the positive outcomes of the company’s continuous efforts to enhance service quality.
THY General Manager Bilal Ekşi stated on his social media account that, according to the September results:
- The overall satisfaction rate is 87%,
- Cabin crew satisfaction is 91%,
- Catering satisfaction stands at 83%.
THY management emphasised that these results are the outcome of continuous investments and training programmes aimed at improving the passenger experience. Company officials said, “The feedback of our guests is our most valuable guide in enhancing our service quality.”
With this customer satisfaction-driven performance, Turkish Airlines has taken another step towards its 2025 strategic goal of becoming “the world’s most recommended airline.”
