Leaders of member countries will meet on 7–8 July 2026. The meeting will be held at the Presidential Complex in Ankara’s Beştepe district.
Ahead of the NATO Summit to be hosted by Türkiye, Ankara’s Etimesgut Airport is being renovated.
As part of the summit preparations, the tender for the Etimesgut Airport VIP construction, renovation, and State Guesthouse project was awarded to the joint venture of Sera Yapı and Antaş Altyapı A.Ş. for 2.096 billion TL.
Tender Won by Sani Şener’s Company, Co-Founder of TAV
The winning company, Sera Yapı, belongs to businessman Sani Şener, the co-founder of TAV Airports.
Since 2020, Sera Yapı has secured public tenders worth a total of 7.352 billion TL and has carried out projects at Adıyaman, Erzincan, Trabzon, Tokat, and Antalya Airports, as well as the construction of the Dubai Sky Tower building.
The company also took part in major infrastructure projects by winning the Malatya earthquake housing tender for 2.343 billion TL and the Gaziantep earthquake housing tender for 2.528 billion TL.
A separate tender for the construction of the access roads to Etimesgut Airport was awarded to SNH İnşaat for 3.971 billion TL.

By signing a 1.5 billion TL contract for the Hatay Airport miscellaneous buildings and apron expansion project, Antaş Altyapı continues to play an active role in infrastructure investments.
