Pegasus Airlines has launched scheduled flights from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to the Iraqi city of Sulaymaniyah. The route will operate with 3 weekly flights.

Pegasus Airlines continues to expand its international flight network. The airline officially launched scheduled flights from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to the Iraqi city of Sulaymaniyah as of last night. Sulaymaniyah has become Pegasus’s fourth destination in Iraq.

At the ceremony held at Sabiha Gökçen Airport to mark the inaugural flight, passengers were offered Turkish delight and souvenir photographs were taken. The opening flight was operated with strong passenger interest.

3 Weekly Flights

Pegasus Airlines will operate reciprocal flights on the Sabiha Gökçen–Sulaymaniyah route with a frequency of 3 times per week. With the new route, it is aimed to further strengthen air transport between Türkiye and Iraq.
