Pegasus Airlines has announced a significant development in the restructuring steps carried out within the scope of the Smartwings Group share acquisition process. In its statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company reported that the registration of its newly established subsidiary in the Netherlands has been finalized.
Pegasus Airlines established a new subsidiary in the Netherlands under the name Pegasus Europe B.V. in order to execute the Smartwings Group share acquisition process. The establishment procedures for the company were completed on 10 December 2025, and the registration was officially finalized as of 11 December 2025.
The announcement, referring to Pegasus’ special circumstances disclosure dated 08.12.2025, noted that the Smartwings Group share acquisition process is ongoing and that the new subsidiary was formed within this scope.
