Pegasus Airlines has announced its passenger and operational data for June 2025. The company drew attention with its strong performance in both domestic and international flights during the first half of the year.
In June, Pegasus carried a total of 3.61 million guests, marking a 10% increase compared to the same period last year. The total number of flights was recorded at 19,794, while total seat capacity reached 4.17 million. The monthly load factor was measured at 86.6%.
Between January and June 2025, Pegasus served a total of 19.71 million passengers. During this period, the number of flights rose by 12% to 108,553, and total seat capacity increased by 15% to 22.85 million. The load factor was recorded at 86.3%.
Domestic Routes Performance
In June, 1.29 million passengers were carried on domestic routes, a 7% increase compared to the same period last year. The average number of passengers per landing was 199, with a load factor of 91.6%.
In the first half of the year, the number of domestic passengers reached 7.12 million, and Available Seat Kilometres (ASK) increased by 8% to 5,961 million km.
International Routes Continue to Grow
Growth was even more notable in international operations. In June, international passenger numbers rose by 12% to 2.33 million. A total of 13,334 flights were operated, and seat capacity reached 2.77 million. The load factor was measured at 84.1%.
From January to June, the number of international passengers increased by 17% to 12.59 million, while ASK rose by 17% to 30,014 million km.
Carbon Emission Rates Decrease
According to the carbon emission data published as part of the company’s sustainability goals, the CO₂ emissions per RPK (Revenue Passenger Kilometre) in June 2025 were recorded at 60.0 grams. This figure represents a decrease compared to the same period last year.
By the end of the first half of 2025, the average carbon emission had dropped to 57.7 grams per RPK, reflecting the company’s commitment to improving environmental performance.
Note: The jet fuel emission coefficient has been fixed at 3.16 for all reported periods.
