The world’s largest global airline, Emirates, has announced that it will hold new assessment days in Türkiye for candidates who wish to join its multinational cabin crew. The airline will organise open assessment days on 4 December 2025 at İzmir Marriott and on 26 December 2025 at Antalya Crowne Plaza hotels, while sessions in Istanbul on 2 December and in Ankara on 28 December will be held exclusively for invited candidates.
Emirates is seeking cabin crew candidates who aim to offer passengers a unique flying experience with a personalised service approach; who are friendly, professional, and committed to high service standards. As safety is among the airline’s top priorities, ideal candidates are expected to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and to manage inflight service and safety procedures meticulously.
First Class Training in Dubai
Candidates who qualify to join the cabin crew will be included in a comprehensive training programme at Emirates’ state-of-the-art aviation academy in Dubai. During the training process, world-class preparation is provided in many areas such as hospitality, safety, communication and crisis management.
Candidates are required to be prepared to spend the whole day in the interview area during assessment days.
