Corendon Airlines has become a sponsor of the Alanya Ultra Trail to be held on 27–28 March 2026. The event will make a strong contribution to sports tourism.
Adding value to sport through its sponsorships across different disciplines, Corendon Airlines continues to support individual sporting events alongside team sports. Taking an active role in projects that contribute to sports tourism, the brand has become a sponsor of the Alanya Ultra Trail, which will take place on 27–28 March 2026.
With its routes stretching from the Mediterranean coast to the peaks of the Taurus Mountains, the Alanya Ultra Trail ranks among Türkiye’s most ambitious mountain running organisations; bringing together nature, history and endurance in a single experience. Starting from Cleopatra Beach, the race offers athletes both a physical and mental challenge with its route climbing from sea level and a total elevation gain of 3,905 metres.

Strong contribution to sports tourism
Included in the international ultra trail calendar and evaluated within the scope of the UTMB Index, the organisation also awards ITRA points, making it an important target for elite athletes. Through this sponsorship, Corendon Airlines aims to increase the national and international visibility of the event, strengthen Alanya’s identity as a sports destination, and contribute to regional tourism.
Bringing together aviation and sports tourism, Corendon Airlines will unite athletes and nature enthusiasts through the Alanya Ultra Trail experience, while also providing multi-dimensional support to the organisation by including numerous media representatives from Europe and Türkiye in this experience.
To be run with the spirit of “Tradition to Trail”
With the 2026 motto “Tradition to Trail,” the Alanya Ultra Trail will host hundreds of runners from 20 countries, offering athletes a cultural journey along routes that pass through Yörük migration paths and historic caravan trails.
As part of the organisation, five different stages will take place:
- 68K Alanya Ultra Trail
- 42K Taurus Mountain Trail
- 27K Keykubat Mountain Run
- 18K Cleopatra Short Trail
- 5K Alanya Castle Run (for the first time in 2026)
The routes integrate sport with destination experience by passing through iconic landmarks such as Alanya Castle, the Red Tower and historic trails.

An Alanya experience from the sky for runners
The Alanya Ultra Trail offers participants an unforgettable experience beyond the race itself. During the After Party to be held after the race, a raffle on stage will award a helicopter experience to six lucky runners who participated in the race. Participants will enjoy the privilege of discovering Alanya from the sky.
Race programme
The Alanya Ultra Trail 2026 will be held over two days with a comprehensive programme. On Friday, 27 March 2026, race kit distribution will take place alongside exhibitor stands set up at the expo area in Abdurrahman Alaettinoğlu Park, located at Cleopatra Beach.
On Saturday, 28 March 2026, race excitement will begin in the early morning hours from Cleopatra Beach; races across different courses will continue throughout the day. The organisation will continue into the evening with live music, DJ and stage performances, and two separate award ceremonies, concluding with the After Party at Sundaze Beach Club.
