Turkish Airlines (THY) Chairman of the Board Ahmet Bolat, in his New Year’s message, evaluated the company’s performance in 2025 and shared its strategic targets for 2026 with the public. Bolat announced that the success achieved in 2025 will be shared with employees.
Ahmet Bolat emphasised that THY today stands as one of the world’s largest global airline brands, operating flights to 356 destinations in 132 countries with a fleet of more than 500 aircraft. Stating that the company continues its sustainable growth with determination, Bolat noted that the fleet and flight network will be expanded in 2026 through a strategic approach.
Growth- and Digitalisation-Focused Steps in 2026
Bolat stated that the launch of the TKPAY brand is an important part of Turkish Airlines’ vision to adapt to changing travel habits, adding that the company will continue to offer innovative and digital solutions to enhance the passenger experience.
2025 Success to Be Shared with Employees
Announcing that the financial and operational success achieved in 2025 is planned to be shared with employees, Bolat said that details regarding the year-end performance evaluation process will be announced separately after the 2026 wage policy is finalised.
At the end of his message, Ahmet Bolat thanked all members of the Turkish Airlines family for their devoted contributions and wished that the new year would bring health, happiness and success.
