The plane collided with a Honda vehicle on South Orange Blossom Trail near Ham Brown Road. Miraculously, no one was injured.
According to local news outlet WFTV, the small plane took off at 11:23 AM and began descending shortly afterward for unknown reasons, making contact with the ground on a road with active traffic. Both passengers on board and the occupants of the vehicle survived the crash unharmed.
Following the incident, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Rescue teams were quickly dispatched to the scene. The area was secured and precautions were taken against any secondary hazards. Osceola County Fire Rescue stated at the scene, “By an extraordinary stroke of luck, no one in either the plane or the vehicle was injured.”
