Ajet Airlines has announced that it is hiring pilots for the positions of Captain Pilot (B-737), First Officer (B-737), Captain Pilot (A320), and First Officer (A320). The company has released a detailed job posting outlining the required qualifications and the application process.
Qualifications for Pilot Recruitment
General Requirements:
- Must be a Turkish citizen or hold a blue card
- Born after January 1, 1964
- Minimum of a high school diploma (equivalency certificate required for foreign graduates)
- No written penalties for flight faults or disciplinary issues
- Clean criminal record
- Completed or exempt from military service
- Agree to reside at the main base designated by the company
- No prior dismissals from Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to disciplinary reasons
- For blue card holders, must speak Turkish fluently and clearly
Technical Requirements:
- Hold an ATPL(A) license (SHGM/EASA/FAA/ICAO)
- Valid type rating for B737
- Minimum of 4000 hours total flight experience
- At least 500 hours of captain pilot flight experience on the B737 type
- Minimum of 1000 hours flight experience on aircraft types over 27 tons
Health Requirements:
- Obtain a health report from Aviation Medical Centers authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation
- Hold a valid health certificate from an authorized Aviation Medical Center
- Provide accurate medical history information during the pre-employment examination
Foreign Language Requirement:
- English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher (must be recorded on the license by the start date)
- TOEFL (IBT): 60 (speaking: min. 18), IELTS: 6 (speaking: min. 6), PTE: 46 (speaking: min. 46) certificates taken within the last 2 years
