Who Can Apply?
AJet expects certain qualifications from candidates applying for the Flight Operations Specialist position. Turkish citizens born after January 1, 1984, are eligible to apply. Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree in Flight Operations. Additionally, they are required to hold a valid Flight Operations Specialist license issued by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority (SHGM).
Experience and English Proficiency
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a Flight Operations Specialist in a commercial airline can apply for this position. Applicants must also have advanced written and spoken English skills. Competencies such as effective communication and teamwork are also crucial for this role.
Military Service Requirement for Male Candidates
Male candidates must have completed their military service or have it deferred for at least two years. Moreover, candidates must meet the health conditions suitable for working in shifts.
Criminal Record and THY History Requirements
Applicants must not have a criminal record or any pending legal issues. Additionally, those who have not been dismissed from THY A.O. or its subsidiaries, and have not left THY or other aviation organizations due to disciplinary actions or health issues, are eligible to apply.
