Turkish Airlines’ Digital Transformation
Turkish Airlines aims to rank among the top three airlines globally in digital passenger experience by 2033. To achieve this goal, it plans to offer innovative digital experiences through fintech, AI, and biometric solutions. A recent innovation, the TK Wallet, provides Miles&Smiles members with faster payment and refund processes.
Innovation with United Airlines
United Airlines has enhanced customer experience by partnering with SpaceX to integrate Starlink’s fast WiFi service into its fleet. This allows passengers to access various digital services with seamless connectivity. Additionally, United is focused on real-time communication efforts using AI.
AI Applications by Fraport and Schiphol Group
Fraport leads the way in digital transformation with its AI@FRA initiative, while Schiphol Group stands out for its innovative approach to robotics and automation. Schiphol is working on the BOOST initiative to automate baggage processes.
