Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board of Turkish Airlines (THY), announced significant adjustments to employee salaries following discussions with Airpak. Bolat stated that after the raise implemented in July, they have decided on a new salary increase that will take effect from September. He emphasized that this adjustment would provide a substantial improvement in employees’ wages.
Additionally, Bolat announced that starting January 1, salaries will be raised again based on the increase in the minimum wage and inflation rates. Wishing these adjustments to be beneficial for both THY, Airpak, and their employees, Bolat highlighted their commitment to improving employee welfare and making salary adjustments in line with economic conditions.
