President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has instructed Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu and Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy to resolve the flight slowdown issue at Antalya Airport.
Both ministers are expected to conduct on-site inspections to address the problem swiftly. The issue, discussed at the AK Party Central Decision and Executive Board (MKYK) meeting, stems from air traffic controllers’ work-to-rule actions.
The ministers will travel to Antalya within the week to assess the situation.
