Corendon Airlines achieved two significant successes at the Champions of Export Awards Ceremony organized by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM). The company was included in the “Türkiye’s Top 1000 Exporters” list and received a double award by ranking among the top 10 companies contributing the most to service exports.
One of Türkiye’s leading leisure airlines, Corendon Airlines, was honored with two major awards at the 33rd General Assembly and Champions of Export Awards Ceremony organized by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM). In addition to being included in the “Türkiye’s Top 1000 Exporters” list, the company ranked among the top 10 firms making the highest contribution to service exports, once again confirming its consistent growth in exports.

Corendon Airlines Ranked Among Türkiye’s Most Successful Exporters
At the ceremony held on June 26, 2026, at the Istanbul Haliç Congress Center under the theme “Our Business is Production, Our Strength is Export,” companies contributing to Türkiye’s economy and exports were honored.
Selected from more than 150,000 exporting companies, Corendon Airlines ranked among the top 10 most successful companies in its sector thanks to its strong performance in service exports. Corendon Airlines Chairman of the Board and CEO Yıldıray Karaer received the award from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
International Growth Strategy Supported Export Success
Since its establishment, Corendon Airlines has maintained steady growth in international markets and continues to increase its contribution to Türkiye’s service exports through its expanding flight network and investments in new destinations.

Yıldıray Karaer: “We Achieved 20 Years of Success Through Our Sustainable Growth Approach”
Following the award ceremony, Corendon Airlines Chairman of the Board and CEO Yıldıray Karaer shared important information regarding the company’s global operations.
Karaer stated that Corendon Airlines has completed 20 years of operations, serving approximately 10 million passengers annually through a flight network spanning 170 cities in 45 countries. He noted that the airline has operated flights to 109 countries and 542 airports to date, adding that its fleet of 35 aircraft continues to contribute to Türkiye’s service exports, tourism, and employment.
Investments in Technology and New Markets Accelerated Growth
Karaer emphasized that the company’s success is built on a planned and sustainable growth strategy, stating that investments in technology, R&D, innovation, and human resources have played a key role in this achievement.
Highlighting that the growth momentum achieved in the Polish, British, and German markets is one of the most important indicators of the company’s international expansion strategy, Karaer stated that Corendon Airlines aims to continue contributing to Türkiye’s exports and further strengthen its position among the country’s export champions in the coming years.
