Ensemble has added three new technology partners to its growing ecosystem: Tern, Travefy and Travel Industry Solutions (TIS).
“Technology should empower advisors to spend less time managing their business and more time growing it,” said Kristina Boyce, SVP of Member Services at Ensemble, in a press statement. “Our technology ecosystem is purpose-built for the modern travel advisor and represents one of the most comprehensive collections of solutions available anywhere in the industry. We continue to invest in best-in-class partners and platforms that help our members operate more efficiently, serve clients at a higher level, and ultimately build stronger, more profitable businesses.”
Ensemble: Bringing the Moving Pieces Together
Each of the new partners targets a different pressure point. Tern consolidates itinerary creation, CRM and commission tracking into a single platform, replacing the fragmented systems many agencies still rely on. Travefy takes a broader approach—it connects trip creation, client relationship management, marketing and back-office functions in one place, designed for professionals who want to run and grow their business from a single hub.
Travel Industry Solutions (TIS) addresses the compliance and financial side of running a travel business. Its offerings include contracts and waivers, automated website policy updates, fraud-prevention tools, secure e-signature workflows, payment authorization systems and bookkeeping and tax-preparation services built specifically for travel professionals.
These three join an existing technology stack anchored by ADX (Agent Digital Experience), Ensemble’s proprietary all-in-one booking platform. Through ADX, members can book air, hotels, insurance and other travel components, package multiple elements into a single itinerary and access competitive industry margins.
Rallio handles the social media side, giving members access to ready-to-use content, automated scheduling and tools for maintaining a consistent presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Ensemble’s consumer-facing lineup is equally broad. ClientSites is a website publishing platform for creating content-rich member sites. Revelex lets travelers search, compare and book cruise itineraries directly through member websites. Softvoyage, available to Canadian members, enables online booking of packaged vacations. All three pull from Ensemble’s preferred partner promotions and exclusive offers to give clients a more engaging booking experience.
Sherpa completes the suite, providing real-time details on travel documentation requirements, entry regulations, eVisas and electronic travel authorizations.
