Turkish Airlines announced to the public the changes that took place in its Executive Committee. According to the statement, significant departures and new appointments occurred in both the chairmanship and membership of the committee.
Ahmet Bolat Retires, Ramazan Sarı Resigns
In the statement, it was noted that Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, who served as Chairman and member of the Executive Committee, left his position due to retirement.
Executive Committee Member Ramazan Sarı, on the other hand, ended his duty by resigning.
Murat Şeker Appointed as Chairman of the Executive Committee
Prof. Dr. Murat Şeker has been appointed to the vacant position of Chairman of the Executive Committee. The appointment was made by a Board of Directors decision.
New Names Appointed to Committee Memberships
Two new names have been appointed to the vacant memberships in the Executive Committee:
- Ahmet Olmuştur
- Metin Gülşen
With these appointments, the new structure of the committee has taken shape.
Process Completed by Board Decision
It was stated that these changes were implemented by a decision of the Board of Directors, and that the Executive Committee will continue its activities with its new members.
