Ryanair, one of Europe’s leading airline groups, has started a large-scale recruitment process for cabin crew positions at its new base in Tirana.
The company will meet candidates during the In-Person Recruitment Day scheduled for 18 November 2025.
According to a statement from Ryanair Group, selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive six-week free training programme that requires no prior experience. Successful participants will become part of Ryanair’s team of over 16,000 cabin crew members serving more than 250 destinations.

The new Tirana base is positioned as an important element of the company’s regional growth strategy.
Ryanair executives note that with Albania’s increasing tourism potential, operations in the region are expected to expand rapidly.
Careers and Opportunities
Cabin crew members joining Ryanair can quickly progress to management positions such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Manager, or Regional Manager.
Thanks to the company’s strong internal promotion policy, career paths are described as “limitless.”
Working Conditions and Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have the legal right to live and work in Albania,
- Be between 157 cm and 188 cm in height,
- Be able to swim 25 metres,
- Speak and write English at a good level.
