Between 12 – 24 September 2025, 30 Italian students studying within the Erasmus Programme contributed to intercultural interaction at Corendon Playa Kemer and Corendon Grand Park Lara.
Founded in 1997, Corendon Tourism Group has been operating in the tourism sector for nearly 30 years, offering end-to-end, high-quality, and reliable travel solutions to its guests through tour operating, airline transportation, and accommodation services. With its rich service diversity, the group operates across a wide network in Turkey, the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa, and thanks to its multinational global business models, successfully attracts the interest of students both in Turkey and abroad. In previous years, Corendon Hotels & Resorts hosted students from Poland and Romania within the Erasmus Programme, providing them the opportunity to gain experience in operational departments such as front office, guest relations, service, bar, and kitchen, while experiencing Turkish hospitality first-hand.
In line with Corendon Hotels’ Human Resources policies, which emphasise “diversifying training and development activities” and “interdepartmental knowledge sharing,” such collaborations offer not only internships but also a truly multinational learning experience.
Commenting on the programme, Corendon Hotels & Resorts Turkey HR Director Yılmaz Taştan said: “Through these projects, we provide young foreign colleagues with the opportunity to gain experience in a different country, while also enabling our own teams to engage in intercultural interaction. We are delighted to represent the Corendon brand in Turkey with Turkish hospitality.”
