SunExpress, a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, won silver in the “Most Desired Transportation Company to Work For” category and bronze in the “Young People’s Favourite EVP” category at the Youth Awards 2025.
SunExpress, a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, received two awards at the Youth Awards 2025, which are determined by young people’s votes.
According to the company’s statement, SunExpress was honoured with a silver award in the “Most Desired Transportation Company to Work For” category and a bronze award in the “Young People’s Favourite EVP (Employee Value Proposition)” category at this year’s fifth edition of the event.
More than 192,000 young people aged between 18 and 35 across Türkiye cast their votes via the Youthall platform. With participation from 253 universities, the poll once again stood out as Türkiye’s most comprehensive youth survey, featuring 180 companies competing across 29 categories.
Yasin Öztürk, SunExpress Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs, commented on the awards:
“The energy and vision of the younger generation always inspire us. These Youth Awards prove that our values and initiatives are being recognised in their eyes. With our employee value proposition ‘Together, to new heights’, we will continue strengthening our corporate culture that focuses on employee happiness and development. We take great pride and joy in the support young people give us on this journey.”
