Turkish Airlines (THY) launched the Smart-Tagged Baggage Service as of 1 December to enhance passengers’ travel experience. This innovation, implemented in collaboration with Samsung, allows passengers to easily track their luggage via Galaxy SmartTags.
By expanding the scope of the service, THY aims to integrate SmartThings technologies to make the overall travel experience more comfortable and seamless.
