According to the statement, Chairman and Board Member Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, along with Board Members Bilal Ekşi and Prof. Dr. Mecit Eş, have resigned from their positions.
Following this development, Prof. Dr. Murat Şeker has been appointed to the vacant position of Chairman of the Board.
New Appointments to the Board of Directors
As a result of the evaluation made by the Board of Directors, it was decided to appoint three new names to the vacant positions.
Accordingly:

- Metin Gülşen
- Hasan Murat Mercan
were appointed to these positions. The appointments will be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the next general assembly meeting.
