Turkish Airlines has announced that it has signed a 3-year title partnership agreement for the internationally prestigious Turkish Airlines Open golf tournament. According to a statement by the THY Corporate Communications Department, the organisation will take place between 30 April and 3 May in Antalya, hosted by the National Golf Club located within Regnum Hotels.
The tournament, which will welcome athletes and golf enthusiasts from around the world, will also feature young French golfer Martin Couvra, the champion of the 2025 season.
THY General Manager Bilal Ekşi, whose views were included in the statement, expressed his satisfaction at once again becoming the title sponsor of an organisation with high global recognition such as the Turkish Airlines Open. Ekşi stated, “This tournament not only reflects the universal unifying power of sport, but also strongly represents Turkey’s vision of being a world-class sports and tourism hub. As THY, we will continue with determination to support sport and athletes and to contribute to our country’s brand value.”

Emphasis on Golf in Türkiye
President of the Turkish Golf Federation Yıldırım Demirören expressed his satisfaction that the Turkish Airlines Open will once again be held in Türkiye as part of Europe’s most prestigious 2026 international professional golf calendar. Stating that the organisation strengthens Türkiye’s position on the global golf stage, Demirören emphasised that such tournaments offer significant opportunities for national athletes and sector stakeholders.

DP World Tour Tournament Business Development Director Mark Casey expressed his satisfaction with THY continuing its title sponsorship, stating, “This tournament is extremely important for the development of golf in Türkiye. We are already looking forward to the organisation to be held in April 2026.”
National Golf Club General Manager Hasan Ceylan noted that they will be hosting the Turkish Airlines Open for the first time, adding that the organisation will once again highlight Antalya’s strong position in world golf.
