Royal Caribbean has expanded its Royal Genie Package to additional ships across its fleet, giving more guests access to the cruise line’s premium concierge-style vacation experience.
The Royal Genie Package is now available on Freedom, Radiance, Voyager, and Vision-Class ships worldwide, extending a service previously associated primarily with Royal Caribbean’s newer vessels and top-tier accommodations.
The package centers on a dedicated Royal Genie, who works with guests before and during their cruise to coordinate dining reservations, activities, entertainment and personalized requests. Royal Caribbean’s service is designed to deliver a seamless, highly customized vacation experience from planning through disembarkation.
Guests purchasing the package receive dedicated Royal Genie support beginning up to two weeks before sailing, allowing vacation plans and special requests to be arranged in advance.
Once onboard, travelers gain priority access to dining venues, activities and entertainment seating, helping them maximize their time at sea while reducing the need to manage reservations independently.
In addition to personalized concierge service, the Royal Genie Package includes specialty dining throughout the voyage, allowing guests to experience a variety of onboard restaurants at no additional cost.
The offering also includes Royal Caribbean’s Deluxe Beverage Package, featuring cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, along with VOOM high-speed internet access.
According to the cruise line, Royal Genies can also assist with special celebrations, custom requests and personalized experiences tailored to individual guest preferences.
