Pegasus (PGSUS) notified KAP that it will finance 8 Airbus A321neo aircraft, to be delivered by 2026, through the financial leasing method.

Pegasus Air Transportation Inc. (PGSUS) has decided to finance 8 Airbus A321neo aircraft through the financial leasing method as part of its fleet growth strategy.

In a disclosure made by Pegasus to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 25 December 2025, it was stated that the aircraft in question will be delivered by the end of 2026 under the 2012 Airbus Order.

Financing method to be financial leasing

In the Company’s statement, it was noted that, in line with a Board of Directors’ decision, the financing of 8 Airbus A321neo aircraft will be carried out through the financial leasing method. For the aircraft subject to financing;

  • Financing methods and terms,
  • Institutions to provide the financing,
  • Separately for all or part of the aircraft,

will be determined through a process of collecting and evaluating offers.

Pegasus announced that developments regarding the financing will be presented to investors under the heading “financial instruments / financial lease liabilities” in the Company’s Financial Reports.

2012 Airbus Order reaches 150 aircraft

According to the information included in the statement, the 2012 Airbus Order comprises a total order of 100 aircraft placed by Pegasus in 2012, with options converted into firm orders in 2017, consisting of;

  • 42 A320neo
  • 58 A321neo

In addition to this order, an additional 50 A321neo aircraft ordered in 2021, 2022 and 2023 were also included within the same framework. Thus, the total number of aircraft under Pegasus’s 2012 Airbus Order reached 150.

Pegasus’s preference for financial leasing is considered an important step in terms of rejuvenating the fleet and maintaining operational flexibility.
