ALA Training Academy Gains International Status with ACI Accreditation
Almaty Airport, one of the largest airports in Central Asia, has achieved a significant international success.
ALA Training Academy, operating under the airport, has been authorised as an Accredited Training Partner by Airports Council International (ACI), the global aviation authority.
With this authorisation, ALA Training Academy has earned the distinction of becoming the first ACI-accredited training centre in the Central Asia region.

Strong Support for the Regional Hub Vision
The accreditation strengthens Almaty Airport’s vision of becoming a regional aviation hub while offering airport professionals in the region access to training opportunities that meet international standards.
Through its cooperation with ACI, ALA Training Academy aims to enhance regional expertise in areas such as aviation security, terminal operations, sustainability, and customer experience management through its training programmes.

International Cooperation Between TAV Academy and Almaty Airport
The accreditation process was carried out with the international training capacity of TAV Academy, operating under TAV Airports.
This cooperation combines TAV’s global expertise with Almaty Airport’s regional influence, contributing to the development of a qualified workforce in the aviation sector.

A Contribution to Regional Aviation
With ACI authorisation, ALA Training Academy will develop next-generation training programmes for airport managers and employees across Central Asia.
Thus, Almaty Airport will stand out not only for its operational achievements but also for its leadership in knowledge sharing and professional development.
