From AI to SEO: The Latest Tools Designed to Help Advisors Grow

Recent enhancements from The Travel Institute and Dream Vacations reflect a growing emphasis on helping advisors boost their visibility, strengthen their credibility and work more efficiently.

Building Trust Through Certification

The Travel Institute has unveiled a major modernization of its Digital Credentials and Certified Travel Agent Directory, giving certified graduates new ways to showcase their expertise and connect with consumers.

Available immediately and at no charge to active Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) and Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE) graduates, the updated platform introduces redesigned digital credential profiles optimized for mobile use and easier customization.

Enhanced public-facing profiles allow advisors to highlight specialized expertise, languages spoken and other key differentiators, while expanded search functionality within the consumer directory makes it easier for potential clients to find advisors who match their needs.

“Certification through The Travel Institute has always represented a commitment to learning, professionalism, and long-term growth,” reflected Taylor Ahlsmith Ruecking, President of The Travel Institute, in a media announcement. “This next evolution is about making advisor value even more evident.”

The enhancements also include social-sharing tools, branded graphics, custom QR codes and SEO improvements designed to increase advisors’ visibility online.

AI Moves Into the Advisor Toolkit

Meanwhile, Dream Vacations is expanding the role of artificial intelligence across its advisor ecosystem.

Announced during the company’s 2026 MarTech Summit, the latest enhancements aim to help advisors save time, improve discoverability and simplify routine tasks.

Among the most notable additions is local business schema integration across advisor websites and directory listings. By using structured data, the feature helps search engines and AI-powered platforms better understand advisor websites, potentially improving their visibility in consumer searches.

“This is a simple but powerful way to increase visibility,” said Alicia Linden, VP of Consumer and Recruitment Marketing for Dream Vacations, in a media statement. “When your website data is clearly structured for AI, you’re more likely to appear in relevant AI search results and convert more leads into clients.”

Dream Vacations also expanded AI functionality across several existing platforms.

Advisors can now generate marketing emails, social posts and landing pages tailored to their brand voice; convert supplier confirmations into itineraries through the Travel Planner’s Smart Import feature; use natural-language searches to locate resources more quickly; and receive personalized training recommendations based on their professional goals.
