AJet Launches Direct Flights from Ankara to Madrid and Barcelona
Rapidly expanding its international flight network, AJet has added Madrid and Barcelona, two major Spanish cities, to its destinations. With flights starting in October, AJet will become the first airline to operate direct services from the Turkish capital to Spain.
Tickets for the new routes are now on sale, starting from €99 for flights from Spain to Ankara and from $109 for flights from Ankara to Spain.

AJet currently operates flights from Ankara to 29 destinations in 22 countries. By launching direct services to Madrid and Barcelona—renowned for their rich cultural heritage and world-famous football clubs—the airline is strengthening the capital’s connectivity with Europe.

In a social media post, AJet CEO Kerem Sarp said:
“As the airline with the highest number of domestic and international destinations from Ankara, we are adding two new routes to our network. With our extensive coverage from Europe to the Caucasus, and from North Africa to the Middle East, we connect Ankara to the world. By renewing and expanding our fleet, we will continue working to fly to more countries.”
Seven Flights per Week
AJet will operate four weekly flights from Ankara to Barcelona—on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays—and three weekly flights to Madrid—on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
