Following disruptions in the region, Emirates has restored 96% of its global flight network, bringing its operations close to normal levels. With increased flight frequencies, expanded capacity, and an enhanced passenger experience, the airline continues to reinforce Dubai’s position as a global aviation hub.
Emirates announced that after the disruption period, it has re-established 96% of its global flight network and returned to near full capacity. The airline has gradually resumed services across the Americas, Europe, Africa, West Asia, the Middle East/Gulf countries, the Far East, and Australia & New Zealand.
As of today, Emirates operates to 137 destinations in 72 countries. With more than 1,300 weekly flights, the airline has reached 75% of its pre-crisis capacity, further strengthening Dubai’s position as a global transfer hub by offering more flights, more seats, and more travel options every day.
Even during the period when it operated a limited flight schedule, Emirates carried 4.7 million passengers between 1 March and 30 April. This performance demonstrates the strong demand for travel and the trust passengers place in Emirates to reach their destinations.

Flexible booking: For bookings made as of 2 April, passengers are offered a one-time free date change across all cabin classes. Passengers can also benefit from a 24-hour fare hold option without paying any fee.
Dubai Connect: For passengers with long layovers in Dubai between 6 and 26 hours, the Dubai Connect programme turns waiting time into a comfortable stay. Eligible passengers can benefit from complimentary accommodation in 4- or 5-star hotels, airport transfers, meal services, and, when required, a UAE entry visa. The programme is available to passengers in all cabin classes with eligible connection times and can be booked via the “Manage Your Booking” section on emirates.com up to 12 hours before departure.
Skywards: Between 1 May and 31 August 2026, Emirates Skywards members can reach higher tiers more quickly thanks to reduced Skywards tier requirements and Bonus Tier Miles earned on Emirates and flydubai flights.
Emirates currently operates two daily flights to Istanbul, offering 14 weekly return flights and continuing to provide seamless and reliable connectivity between Dubai and Istanbul.
