Batuğhan Karaer, Finance Advisor to Corendon Group, shared important assessments regarding the remarkable performance of Türkiye’s aviation sector in recent years. Karaer noted that the sector, with its average annual growth rate of 9%, has achieved momentum that surpasses not only Europe but also the global average.
Emphasising that Türkiye’s strategic location, increasing passenger demand and the sector’s rapid adaptability have been decisive factors behind this strong performance, Karaer underlined that the current trend is expected to continue steadily in the medium term.
Karaer added that ongoing airline investments, fleet expansion and the growth in tourism volume are among the main elements supporting the sector’s expansion.
