Pegasus Airlines has achieved remarkable success at the 2025 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers with its innovative human resources initiatives. Selected as “Employer of the Year” in the aviation and defence industry, Pegasus garnered global attention by winning a total of 10 awards.
Thanks to its successful practices in recruitment, talent management, leadership development, internal communications and training, the company received 3 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze awards. The “GoYoung” programme, developed to attract young talent, and the leadership development programme “GoLead” both earned gold awards. The innovative cabin crew recruitment process “Cabin Crew Career Check”, the leadership programme “GoAhead”, and the diversity and inclusion initiative “Harmoni” received silver awards.
