T&T Paid 426 Million TL Revenue Share to the TRNC Ministry of Finance

T&T Airport Operations continued its strong contribution to the TRNC economy by paying a revenue share of 426.9 million TL for the third term of 2025.

T&T Airport Operations has once again demonstrated its contribution and support to the economy of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) by making its revenue share payment to the TRNC government as part of its 2025 operations.

In a statement by the company, it was emphasised that Ercan Airport holds strategic value for the TRNC both in terms of aviation services and its contribution to the economy.

Within this framework, T&T Airport Operations completed its third-term revenue share payment, covering July, August, and September 2025, amounting to a total of 426,994,572.91 TL including VAT, to the TRNC Ministry of Finance.

Turanlı: “Ercan Airport Continues to Contribute to the Economic Development of the TRNC”

Emrullah Turanlı, Chairman of the Board of T&T Airport Operations, stated that Ercan Airport plays an important role not only in passenger transport but also in the economic growth of the TRNC.

“As Ercan Airport, we act with a sense of responsibility not only in passenger transport but also in contributing to the economic development of the TRNC. By completing our third-term revenue share payment for 2025, totalling 426,994,572.91 TL, we have fulfilled our commitments to the TRNC government. We take great satisfaction in the positive reflections of this contribution on the national economy and public finance.”

“We Will Exceed the 5 Million Passenger Target by Year-End”

Emrullah Turanlı also shared his assessment regarding the future goals of Ercan Airport.

“We anticipate surpassing our target of 5 million passengers by the end of 2025. We continue to invest in providing our passengers with a more modern, comfortable, and safe travel experience.

We aim to make Ercan Airport—one of the visionary projects of the TRNC—an important transportation hub in the region.
