Turkish Airlines Announces Dividend After 12 Years: Second Installment to Hit Accounts in September

Turkish Airlines (THYAO) has announced the date for the second installment of its dividend payments, resuming after a 12-year hiatus. Investors who received the first payment in June will see the second installment in their accounts in September 2025.

General Assembly Decision and Dividend Amount

At the Ordinary General Assembly held on 21 May 2025, it was decided to distribute a gross dividend of 6.88 TL per share, or a net 5.85 TL per share after withholding tax. The payment schedule was set in two installments to facilitate investors’ cash flow.

Payment Schedule

• 1st Installment: Net 2.92 TL per share, deposited into accounts between 16–18 June 2025.

• 2nd Installment: Net 2.92 TL per share, to be transferred to brokerage or bank accounts between 2–4 September 2025.
